Freedom is a state of mind..

Freedom is a state of mind. This is a state where we let go of our conditioning, our beliefs, and fondness. Happiness may seem elusive. Either something external becomes the reason behind our struggle or something from within us will arise the apprehension.




Though it's not easy to relieve ourselves of the emotions we carry, we are meant to be open to happiness, love, and wisdom of the universe. The movement of change does not allow anything of mind and matter to last eternally.

Take a moment and think about all the work you are doing right now. You are reading this article, but chances are good that you are also doing other things. Perhaps you're listening to music or chatting with a friend. We tend to forget that our brain is not a machine, diverting between multiple tasks in a short period is not something that a human brain has been designed for. "Do three things well, not ten things badly."- David Segrove. So, we need to appreciate the importance of mindfulness in life. Mindfulness teaches us to live each jiffy as it unfolds. Feeling depressed? Instead of judging yourself for feeling this way, just accept it. Mindfulness can help you see the bigger picture, the contrast between the story you tell yourself and the reality.


Reality passes by us as we allow our minds to float in the chaos of thought-driven awareness. But life is not nearly as tough when we stop living in past regrets and future consternation. Each day can and should emerge from infinite potential. The art of living happily is to teach your mind to live in the present.
